Our mission is to educate, empower and elevate nurses providing neonatal care. As a nurse educator, I want all nurses to feel supported wherever they are in their nursing journey. Caring for such fragile and sick newborns can be daunting and being able to keep up with the newest practices can be difficult. Whether you need support through your first few years, have questions about critical skills or are looking for nursing resources, think of me as your personal nurse educator.

Meet MJ Rosenthal MS, RN, CCRN-K
I founded The Registered Nursery to provide nurses with personalized education, mentorship, and support. My goal is to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their careers and provide exceptional care to their tiniest patients. With over 11 years of experience as a NICU nurse, educator, and mentor, I bring specialized expertise in neonatal care and professional development. I hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a master’s in nursing education, and have a national certification in neonatal critical care. Through expert guidance and ongoing education, I help nurses build their skills, grow in their careers, and deliver the highest quality care to newborns and their families
